At last week’s meeting of Ballynahinch Camera Club the images which had been submitted for Round 3 of the Northern Ireland Photographic Association inter-club competition were judged by a panel of club members. This round was an open round which means that the images could be of anything at all. The entry reflected this as photographs as diverse as Mongolian Eagle Hunters to butterflies and waterfalls were presented as mono prints, colour prints and projected digital images.

The results are as follows:-
Mono prints: Equal First – Terry Hanna, Alan Chowney and John McCullough. Fourth – Brian Blakely
Colour Prints: Equal First – Frances Price and Keith Wilson. Third – Terry Hanna. Fourth – Issac Busby.
Projected Digital Images: First – Terry Hanna. Second – Jim Hunter. Third – Keith Wilson. Fourth –
Terry Hanna

The club will reconvene on Thursday 8 January after the Christmas break, and it will start with the traditional Slide Show evening. This would be a perfect time to come along and see what the club is all about, especially if Santa has delivered a new camera!

New members are always welcome and if anyone with an interest in photography would like more details of joining the club they should visit the club website – www.ballynahinchcameraclub.co.uk.
