At last week’s meeting of Ballynahinch Camera Club the images which had been submitted for Round 2 of the Northern Ireland Photographic Association inter-club competition were judged by Brian Maguire from CPA Camera Club. The genre for Round 2 was architecture and the submitted images showcased the many different places that the club members had visited over the past year.
Photographs taken as far away as Sydney, Australia and Osaka in Japan took their place beside those taken much closer to home. Several images which were taken in Valencia were quite poignant in the light of the news of the catastrophic flooding which has recently hit this beautiful Spanish city.
The results are as follows:-

Colour Prints: First – Alan Chowney. Second – Alan Chowney. Equal Third – Frances Price and Gary
Cowan.
Projected Digital Images: First – Alan Chowney. Second – Ciara Fullam. Equal third – Frances Price
and Aaron Noade.
